Borgarfjörður Eystri is a Puffin nesting site in the eastern fjords of Iceland. Puffins nest on cliffs, and the gentle slope of the cliff makes it easy to observe them. Puffins are very close and sometimes they walk on the wood paths with fish in their mouths.
